Blogger – Finally, my first Picture Polish!  The name alone sells it!  I swatched a quarter of my nail wheel trying to figure out the most complimentary polish for this glitter. Ultimately, I settled on grey.

Damage Control

I have a stash list to reference so I don’t buy duplicates. However, I was certain I knew my inventory which is how I ended up with 2 bottles of Zoya’s Julieanne. 🙂  I smudged my purple paint then took out my stamps and slapped on some white.  I figure if I mess up, and I do often, why should I scrap it?  I’ll just chalk it up to practice.

Stamping kicked my butt however, the dots were salvageable so I added some silver holo to the tips to cover my flaws.  Glitter has always been my autocorrect and I’m thankful for it!

American Girl Doll Nails

American Girl Doll nails.  This is only my 3rd or 4th time stamping. I need more practice so I’ll stick with the smaller designs.  These plates were purchased off of Ebay.

I had an American Girl birthday party to attend today for a little girl and this is the design I wore. I had the cake, decorations, & pastries to make so this was a quick paint job I tried to squeeze in and I’m happy with how they turned out.

Spring Break

I think I’ve become spoiled by the overabundance of glitter in the indie polishes I’ve been buying.  I never saw a swatch of the gold glitter but the bottle looked promising enough. Wet n Wild 18K Gold is one of those polishes you have to fish around for the glitter & then try to place it. Not my favorite.

Easy Going Glee

Out in my rose garden, Glee by Jesse’s girl & photographed with, Easy Going (the rose).

At Rite Aid today I picked up 5 polishes by Jessie’s Girl, Glee is one of them.  Rite Aid has a spend $30 on nail polish promo get $10 store credit so, I spent the last of my money on this brand to get my reward.  I’ve never owned anything by this brand before but have seen it recommended on blogs, it’s fantastic.  I’m a sucker for teal or turquoise polishes.

Lastly, I added a light coat of glitter:  Clown Puke by KB Shimmer

Every one of these I’ve previously iced on sugar cookies & cupcakes, they go hand in hand. An evening dress with pearls, tuxedo, marquee lights & the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
